Originally from urban Gainesville, Florida, Joel Capra resides in Dothan, Alabama where he has been in the fitness industry for 13 years. He has been the owner of a fitness facility for 10 years.
Joel has a degree in business, is an AFFA certified personal trainer and a certified Schwinn Instructor. His 7,000 sq. ft. facility houses the three fitness entities of Small Group Training, Large Group Training and Cycle.
Under the newly branded name, Fit Culture, his business is projected to continue to operate as one of the top fitness facilities in the Dothan area. Joel uses his business as a tool to promote community and quality in all aspects of fitness.
Joel also attended the Thomas Plummer's speaker school course and participated in multiple local speaking opportunities with the Chamber of Commerce and various high schools.
Most recently Joel won the 2019 SCW Idol speaker challenge for the opportunity to be a presenter at the 2020 conference.
