Yes! AFS members, no matter the tier you're at, receive $50 off their SUCCEED! registration.
How do I get a group discount?
If you plan on attending SUCCEED! with a large group, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire if any discounts may be available to your party.
I heard about the VIP experience - what is that all about?
The VIP experience is exclusively for AFS Platinum members, SUCCEED! speakers, and invited VIPs. This is our way to say thank you to those who have paved the way for us all in fitness.

Can I volunteer for the event?

What should I bring to the event?
A desire to learn and grow! But also you'll want your registration confirmation, picture ID, something to write on and business cards for networking.
Are there places to change or shower after workouts?
The great thing about SUCCEED! being at Hotel Irvine is your room is always less than 5 minutes away! If you aren't staying at the Hotel, unfortunately, there are no public showers on site.
Are scholarships or academic discounts available?
At this time the only discounts provided to SUCCEED! are for AFS members.
Can I drive and park at the event site?
Yes! AFS has negotiated a daily parking fee of only $10!
Will meals be provided at the event?
Yes! AFS is providing free breakfast and lunch during Expo hours! Plus enjoy heavy hors d'oeuvres during the receptions. There is also healthy, fresh and locally sourced snacks, pressed juices and specialty items created in-house daily at the 24/7 Marketplace.
I saw Hotel Irvine is pet-friendly can I bring my pet to the education sessions, workouts, and receptions?
Unfortunately, no. Even though the event site (Hotel Irvine) is a pet-friendly hotel - no pets are allowed within the convention rooms or at any social events. You may contact Hotel Irvine to discuss how to care for your pet during your stay.
What is the cancellation policy?
AFS' ultimate goal at SUCCEED! is for your experience to be the best it can be, but we understand life happens.
If you would like to cancel your SUCCEED! registration, you may do so any time before 1/1/20 for a 100% refund or you may alert us at firstname.lastname@example.org of someone else you'd like to transfer your registration to at no charge.
If we receive your cancellation between 1/1/20 and 3/15/20 you will receive a full refund, less a $100 processing fee.
Within 30-days (or from 3/30/20 to 4/30/20) there are no refunds, however, if you'd like to transfer your registration to someone else we'll do that at no charge up to 7-days in advance (April 23, 2020).
